Returns & Exchange Policy

Exchanging a CROCS Merchandise bought from Crocs.jo is very easy.

Visit any CROCS SHOP across AMMAN/JORDAN with your online receipt & You can exchange the size or color of your Merchandise.

Crocs.jo offers its customers 10 days to exchange Merchandise from the date they receive them. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

You can visit any of our CROCS shop to exchange your Merchandise & to be eligible for an exchange at CROCS shops: 1-Merchandise must be presented with original Online receipt. 2-Merchandise must be in a salable condition, in original state, in original packaging.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE

• Merchandise purchased from Crocs.jo might be subject to VAT or any other applicable taxes in Jordan.
• The customer bears full shipping costs.
• Prices may change at any time. However, the changes shall not affect the orders for which we have sent an Order Confirmation.
• If there is a manufacturing defect in the Merchandise, the customer is exempted from the cost of shipping the exchanged item.
• If the received Merchandise is not the one required, it will be exchanged without charging the customer the shipping costs.

RULES AND CONDITIONS

• We do not have an inspection service upon receipt, but we offer exchange when needed
• We do not have a PICK-UP service from the branch, only delivery.
• The product must be in the same condition upon receipt (not used) and has the trademark label.
• The product must be delivered to one of our branches within 10 days from the date of receiving the order.
• Pricing
  Stars.com.jo makes every attempt to properly price all items, but errors occasionally occur. These pricing errors may result in a lower or higher stated price on the Site. Stars.com.jo reserves the right to cancel orders which include a pricing or discount error.

REFUND POLICY

• WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS! ONLY EXCHANGES ON PURCHASED MERCHANDISE AT CROCS SHOP AMMAN/JORDAN.
