Visit any CROCS SHOP across AMMAN/JORDAN with your online receipt & You can exchange the size or color of your Merchandise.

Crocs.jo offers its customers 10 days to exchange Merchandise from the date they receive them. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Delivery and Shipping

Our valuable customers shall expect the delivery of their purchased items within a timeframe ranging from ONE to FIVE business days from the date of placing the order.
